The luxury apartment is fully air conditioned both living area and bedroom. A very enjoyable place for couples and children. Efir Village is only 100 m from the beach & 1Km from the heart of the resort where prices are extremely reasonable for food & drink. It has a large adult pool & children's pool with a restaurant & water cafe bar open till the early morning. The apartment has 1 very large bedroom (with a double bed) and a large sofa bed in the lounge. It has been designed to the highest specification with wood laminate flooring throughout . DVD Player. Large flat screen LED TV, CD/MP3/FM Stereo player. Bathroom is fully tiled with a bath & shower. It has a fully fitted kitchen with all the required appliances including a washing machine. Patio door from the lounge and bedroom gives easy access to the large balcony - also equipped with patio furniture.

Swimming Pool available from Mid-May to end of September. Also use of pool at Ivana Palace hotel just behind Efir Village. If there are more than 4 in a party, we have access to other apartments in the complex, please let us know your requirements.

Efir Village has a HOT Mineral Water Spring which Underground mineral water is used in the Swimming Pool. Very good for the skin. There is a 24 hour reception office and check-in and check-out times may be very flexible. Keys to be collected and deposited at the reception office hence no hassle for the guests. Other information about travel and excursions also available at the reception. There is a 24hour supermarket on the site and a much bigger supermarket just across the road. Local bus stop just outside the complex. There is also a taxi rank just outside. Everything you need is within the complex or just around the corner. Walk to the main beach area for Bars, Restaurants and Watersports.

Natural mineral water spring used to fill the Swimming Pool. Extensive SPA facilities at the 5 Star Hotels (Victoria Palace, Helena Sands, Majestic) just walking distance. Huge selection of clubs, bars and restaurants along the beach and promenade just walking distance from the complex. There is an office on site to book excursions, like quad biking, yacht trip, Safari, hiking, etc. You can also book trips to Istanbul by bus.

Nessebar village, a world heritage site is only about 7km from Sunny Beach.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Anil (the owner) a message.

If Anil (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
