New fully furnished open plan Penthouse apartment (lift access) 1 bed sleeps 4 (1 double bed, 1 double sofabed) well located only 4 mins walk from the beach, main promenade and all amenities, restaurants, bars and supermarkets etc, with sunny balcony view overlooking pool below. The complex is particularly children friendly and suited to families. Also benefits from poolside bar serving snacks and 24 hour security on site.

Sunny Beach is one of the most popular holiday destinations in Bulgaria and there is always something to do and see. An 8km long golden sandy beach overlooking the mountains and a reliable hot and sunny summer climate make it a great place to just lie back, relax and enjoy. There is lots for the more active to enjoy with the historic town of Nessebar just a short bus ride away with Bourgas (also accessible by bus) well worth a visit for great shopping and cosmopolitan style. In the evening, there is a great choice of restaurants and nightlife offering great value.

Non smokers only and no pets please. A 50 euro damage deposit will be payable to the reception upon arrival and will be refunded upon leaving (cost of any damaged items to be deducted).

A 20% deposit will be required to confirm the booking and payment in full must be received 8 weeks in advance of stay. Any bookings made less than 8 weeks prior to departure will require payment in full at time of booking.

The apartment has a sunny balcony with table & chairs.The complex has a pool safe for young children. Parking is available at the complex although a car is not really necessary to get around Sunny Beach and there are always buses and local taxis available at a reasonable price. Nessebar Aqua Park is located nearby (free shuttle bus) and there are many other daytime activities available including watersports, fishing, cycling (bikes available for hire), golf etc.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

If Vince (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
