Vacation house Šumica is charming stone house with ground floor, first floor and attic. It's surrounded with 300m2 olive grove and 200m2 stone courtyard. All rooms are fully furnished and apartmens are equipped with air conditioning for cooling and heating, plus central heating system and fireplace (apartment 1/ground floor) for heating.
Parking provides space for two cars minimum in the shady place.

The ground floor has a spacious living room with fireplace that guarantees a pleasant atmosphere created by the open fire. There, You'll find pleasure in authentic ambience, with two confortable sofas, which if necessary can be converted into beds for two people. Here You'll also find some preserved antiques that bring history of the place to mind.

Kitchen is also situated on the ground floor where You'll find all the necessary elements, such as dishwasher, stove with oven, kettle, coffee maker, toaster and all other kitchen utensils that are necessary for comfortable cooking in a natural and rustic setting environment. From the kitchen, a nice little corridor will lead you to two bedrooms, one with doublebed, and one with double-decker.
You will also find a spacious bathroom on the same storey with jacuzzi while the washing machine is placed in convenient depository in the courtyard. In the courtyard You'll be greeted with wooden table and chairs under the sunshade.

On the other side, in “the old court”, You'll find more antique situation, with the shade created by the lattice of vines, the well in the middle, outdoor grill, stone table surrounded with authentic chairs, and a grand patio of olive grove. Here you can prepare authentic Dalmatian dishes due to the grill and the natural fire. Right next to the grill you will find all the necessary tools for grilling, and a water faucet next to it. The inner courtyard is enclosed by “the old house” with it's own stone stairway leading to a charming little balcony, representing the best local architecture of the old times. In few words - a sight of the most intimate Mediterranean You'll carry off with You in Your cherished memories.

Climbing the stone staircases from both parts of the house you'll reach the upper floor of the house, where you will find second fully equipped apartment, with spacious living room and kitchen facing large terrace (40m2) with great view of Brač channel crowned with Dinara mountain chain on one side, and the old rooftops of Supetar and charming bosquet with playground for children on other. This terrace will host You with two confortable deck chairs, wooden table and wooden bench under the large parasol. On this floor there are bathroom with built-in shower and two bedrooms with double beds. This apartment also offers comfortable attic, equipped with it's own bathroom, double bed (separable into two beds), sofa (convertible into sleeping bed for two kids), tv set, and spectacular view on the three sides of the house. Therefore this appartment is perfect for families with several children.

Both our apartments can take up to 8 persons, which means that You can rent it as a vacation house for 16 persons in total.
It's important to mention that the location of the house is ideal in many aspects: it provides You with absolute intimacy and quiet, but literally everything is reachable within 5 minutes walk maximum, ie. the first pebble beach with restaurant behind (Vrilo) is 300 meters off, and the police, the hospital, the firefighters, and two supermarkets (Lidl and Tommy) are even closer than that.

How do damage deposits work?

If Tea (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
