Beauty and elegance define "Surfin Turtle" a gorgeous home located in close proximity to beach access and large enough to accommodate your entire group. From the expansive front porch to the elevator, you will not find a more beautiful, affordable vacation than this. Located close to downtown Surf City, "Surfin Turtle" towers over the houses separating it from the beach, providing stunning ocean views. The convenience of ample parking underneath this home and a private, indoor elevator provides complete handicap accessibility to all floors.

Entering the home on the first-floor deck brings you into a contemporary designed home with a long hallway servicing all four first floor bedrooms. Bedroom one is located to your left with a queen bed, television and even views of the ocean from bed! Bedroom two is equipped with a large flat screen television and queen bed. A shared bath separates these two sleeping quarters. Continuing clockwise in the floor plan takes you to bedroom three with a twin bed and a twin/double bunk bed. This bedroom also has a television. Bedroom four, located on the oceanfront side, contains a king bed, ocean views and a large flat screen television. Bedroom three and four share an additional bathroom.

Take the stairs or the indoor elevator up to the second floor where you will find an open concept plan, greeting you into the large, well-stocked kitchen. You'll surely have plenty of room to prepare your meals at this beach beauty! A half bath sits to the rear of the home beside the elevator. Bedroom five, a large master bedroom, is also located inconspicuously at the top of the stairs to the right. A large king bed, TV and an over-sized bath, fit for royalty, round out the master bedroom, providing a total of five bedrooms. Just added off the master bedroom is a new deck, allowing for stunning sunset views over the sound.

Continue through the kitchen into the large dining area, taking in grand views of the ocean while you dine! The dining room, kitchen and living room all have an open arrangement, taking full advantage of the thoughtful layout. Cathedral ceilings and ocean views will undoubtedly give you a vacation to remember. If the inside wasn't enough, try relaxing on one of two oceanside decks where you can hear the waves crash on the beach. Ample deck furniture provides plenty of seating for the entire group and a completely covered deck gives shelter for those trying to escape the heat of a sunny summer day.

Beach access is only a short walk away. The shopping, dining and entertainment that Surf City provides is also close by. Truly a unique home, "Surfin Turtle" will not disappoint. It is hard to find a home this large and this close to the beach - you may want to stay for a lifetime!

**Cancellation: Any cancellation of a confirmed reservation must be made in writing by Guest. Reservation payments are not reimbursable unless the property can be re-rented for the same rate and time period. Every effort will be made to re-book the property. If property is re-rented, Guest will receive reimbursement of payments made less nonrefundable reservation fee, cancellation fee (varies by property), and third-party fees (travel insurance, security deposit alternative, insurance, convenience fee, etc.). Insurance fees shall not be reimbursed unless the Agent is reimbursed by the issuing insurance company.

**Check In Day: Check-in begins at 4:00 PM on the day of your scheduled arrival. As soon as we are notified your rental is ready for check in, we will give you a courtesy call on the cell phone number that you provided above and we will send your check in instructions via email. All homes must be cleaned and inspected before we are allowed to issue keys or passes. Please note: keys? or door codes? will NOT be given to anyone under the age of 25 or to anyone who is not named on the reservation. If you need to authorize someone other than yourself to pick up keys or receive a door code email, please notify our office prior to your arrival date.
