Summer Winds treats guests to a community pool, public beach access across the street from the complex, tile flooring, public playground next door, and a small convenience store across the street.

This property surpasses 2500 total square feet and provides loads of pure luxury and style. This unit is set beside a public park and adjacent to buildings in phase I creating a wide, expansive view of the ocean in front of you. There are two large parking bays underneath providing enough room for four cars as well as guest parking in other areas of the complex. An outdoor shower is dedicated to this unit to rinse off after a fun day on the beach. Utilize the handicap accessibility of the shared community elevator outside that runs from the ground up and a private elevator inside of the unit that carries you to each level of the condo.

"Summer Winds 215" spans all three levels of the complex with an entrance on both floors one and two. Entering on level one brings you into the main living area hallway with a full bath on the right-hand side and bedroom one located to the left featuring two twin beds. The hallway extends to include a laundry area with washer and dryer and a private indoor elevator dedicated solely to this unit.

The main living area with flat screen television and access to the ocean view deck is located in the rear of the unit. Bedroom two is set to the side of the first floor living area and has a private bath, double bed as well as access to the ocean view deck.

Take the private elevator or the stairs to the second floor and arrive in the dining area. To your left you will find a second living area with a large comfy sectional couch, ocean views and access to another ocean view deck. Set to the side of the living area is a lovely kitchen with granite counter tops, modern cabinets and stainless appliances. To the left of the living area is bedroom three with a queen bed and a private full bathroom.

On the third floor, you will find a loft area and two additional bedrooms, one includes a queen bed and the other includes a queen bed and private ensuite bathroom.

This is a pet friendly property and BIG DOGS are welcome!

This unit offers tons of style, space, fabulous views and great community amenities! Community pool is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day, subject to HOA's discretion!
