Upon entering unit 908C, directly to your left you will find bedroom one with two twin beds. This bedroom conveniently uses the full bathroom located in the hallway. Following the hallway, you will enter into the open floor plan living.
Once you have entered the living area, you will find a fully equipped kitchen with bar seating. A cozy living area in located in front of the kitchen featuring a flat screen TV and small dining table, both with stunning ocean views. The sliding glass doors provide direct access to the private beachfront deck. This deck has comfortable lounge chairs and an outdoor dining table. Just a few steps down from the deck and your feet will be in the sand.
Upstairs, the master bedroom features a queen bed, TV, en-suite master bathroom with a double vanity and large closets located between the bed and the full bathroom. This bedroom also features a private beachfront balcony boasting stunning views. Bedroom three, located at the other end of the upstairs hallway, features a queen bed, TV, and private full bathroom.
Being just a short walk across the street to the private community pool, "Son Burn: 908C" is the perfect place to enjoy a wonderful vacation on Topsail Island!

Don’t forget your linens! Unless otherwise indicated, linens are not provided during your stay. You are welcome to bring your own linens or we provide a linens rental service for your convenience.
Also, our vacation homes do not have many of the consumable items in stock for guest use (i.e. toilet paper, paper towels, soap, etc.). Once you book your vacation, we’ll provide you with a list of items that you may want to consider bringing with you on your vacation.

Cancellation: Any cancellation of a confirmed reservation must be made in writing by Guest. Reservation payments are not reimbursable unless the property can be re-rented for the same rate and time period. Every effort will be made to re-book the property. If property is re-rented, Guest will receive reimbursement of payments made less nonrefundable reservation fee, cancellation fee (varies by property), and third-party fees (travel insurance, security deposit alternative,
insurance, convenience fee, etc.). Insurance fees shall not be reimbursed unless the Agent is reimbursed by the issuing insurance company.
