Great place for families to come together. Home includes Kitchen with two ovens, a wet bar with full size fridge, 6 Bedrooms, 7 TV's and 4 1/2 Baths. Enjoy two Spacious Living areas and two open Dining rooms-great for socializing.

There is a covered front porch, large screened in porch on 2nd floor, overlooking the Pool area. Relax at the Tiki Bar that contains a mini fridge and wall mounted flat screen TV or take a dip in the large Pool with patio and furniture for lying around enjoying the sun!

On the third floor is the Master Suite. Includes recessed sleeping area with 2 Twin Beds. It has a private bathroom that has a Spa/Steam shower. Private deck off Master Bedroom offers a fantastic view of the ocean.

There are two bedrooms on the ground floor. One has a queen bed and the other has a double bed. There are two bedrooms on the second floor with a Jack and Jill bath and queen beds in each. There is a master bedroom on second floor with king bed and private bath. The third floor has the master bedroom with king bed and private bath. The third floor also has an alcove with two twin beds in it.

This is a perfect group getaway home, whether its separate families or just friends. The 1st & 2nd floor each have a living area with bedrooms which provide each family with privacy. This house has everything the pool, the balcony, the fantastic view of the ocean and of course it is just a few steps from the front door to the Ocean!

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
