They are located in the North Cotentin, Barneville between Carteret and Pious, 30km from Cherbourg. Between the bakery and the grocery store, and just 800m from the sea!

Our cottages "ROSE OF SAND" and "WIND ROSE" are cozy and comfortable.

In July and August, weekly rentals from Saturday to Saturday.

However, our studio "MEDINA" welcomes you all year in the night or the week.

It is composed as follows:

- A living room with sofa bed (mattress comfort), table, chairs, flat screen TV,

- Kitchenette with multi-combination oven, 2 burners, fridge freezer box, coffee maker, dishes and cooking utensils,

- A bathroom (shower, sink and toilet).

A separate entrance.

A terrace with garden furniture (April to mid-September).

Parking space.

The garden of "La Palmeraie" will enchant you: you will discover the relaxation area with loungers, terrace at the edge of the wash, the sandy oasis and its small playground (for "tiny").

Ils sont situés dans le Nord Cotentin, entre Barneville-Carteret et les Pieux, à 30km de Cherbourg. Entre la boulangerie et l'épicerie, et à seulement 800m de la mer !

Nos gîtes "ROSE DES SABLES" et "ROSE DES VENTS" sont agréables et confortables.

En juillet et août, location à la semaine, du samedi au samedi suivant.

Cependant, notre studio "LA MEDINA" vous accueille toute l'année à la nuit ou à la semaine.

Il est composé de la façon suivante :

- une pièce à vivre avec clic-clac (matelas confort), table, chaises, télévision écran plat,

- une kitchenette avec four multi-combiné, plaque 2 feux, réfrigérateur case freezer, cafetière, vaisselle et ustensiles de cuisine,

- une salle de bain (douche, lavabo et wc).

Une entrée indépendante.

Une terrasse avec mobilier de jardin (d'avril à mi-septembre).

Une place parking.

Le jardin de "LA PALMERAIE" vous enchantera : vous pourrez y découvrir l'espace détente avec transats, la terrasse au bord du lavoir, son oasis de sable fin ainsi que son petit aire de jeux (pour les "tout petits").

Nous sommes là pour vous accompagner tout au long de votre séjour chez nous : un renseignement, une bonne adresse... n'hésitez pas à venir nous voir, nous nous ferons un plaisir de vous renseigner !

Why can't I call GAOUDI (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send GAOUDI (the owner) a message.

If GAOUDI (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
