Villa Yannie is traditional Dalmatian stone villa in the center of Sutivan, located on the hill, overlooking the Sutivan, Brac Channel and the mainland.

Recently renovated (2014), featuring 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, of which one is en-suite in Master Bedroom. Villa is fully Air conditioned.

Comfortably can sleep 8 adults. Baby cot is available free of charge.

Also, if needed auxiliary bed is available for the 9th person at additional cost.

You can enjoy view from the 25 m2 Pool.

Also, beautiful view from 2 terraces:

- “DINING TERRACE” is covered by the tile roof, protected from the sun, and with a cooling fan ( for more comfort ), is ideal for alfresco dining any time of the day.

- Upper, roof top, “SUNNY TERRACE”, provides magnificent view and is ideal for evening relaxation and entertainment.

There is a private parking for 2 cars in front of the villa.

Nearest beach called “Lucica Beach“ is approx. 3 - 5 minutes walking distance from the villa.

Same distance is to the other amenities such as grocery shops, bakery, restaurants, coffee-bars, ATM machine, souvenir shop, and open stalls market with local fresh fruits and vegetables.

Among many common activities, such as fishing, snorkeling, jet skiing, there is a scuba diving center that offers diving lessons.

Trips by boat to near by islands are available daily.

Couple of minutes walk from the villa, in the Sutivan harbor, there is a small amusement park on the seashore, and with Pizzeria across the street, it is very popular spot for kids and adults.

Car traffic is not allowed in the center of the village, along the seashore and in the port, and this part of Sutivan becomes very popular promenade.

Beside the beautiful beaches with crystal clear water, one of the main reason for Sutivan popularity among the guests, families in particular is safety and variety of entertainment for children and adults.

Situated among the pine trees and very popular among kids is Sutivan "Nature Park", a small local zoo with recreation area and restaurant.

Other attractive and well known tourist destinations on the island are all within easy reach by car or by bus.

Supetar, Bol, Milna, Stonemason’s School in Pucisca , Dragon Cave, Blaca Monestary, are some of the places to visit among many others.

On the first sight, all villages on the island look alike, but they are all different and specific in character.

If you decide to make a day trip to the mainland, or to visit world known "Golden Cape Beach" in Bol, located on the other side of the island, and other attractive destinations, there is a small passenger boat sailing from Sutivan daily.

Please note: As per Croatian government regulations, all visitors staying in Croatia, have to be registered and pay Croatian Tourist Tax Fee. For guests 18 years of age and older, fee is 1 EUR per night; 12 to 18 years 0.50 EUR per night, and for children under 12 is free.This fee and registration is due on arrival!

Also on arrival we require Damage Deposit of 200 Euros.

It is fully refundable, providing there is no damage done to the villa or it contents beyond normal wear and tear.

Three bedrooms provide comfortable sleep for 6 adults. Sofa bed in living Room provides sleeping space for 2 adults. Maximum can sleep 8 people.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.
