Talići Hill is a traditional Montenegrin coastal stone house reborn in a luxurious Renaissance setting.

Unique bedrooms and spacious living areas come with 360* views, AC, underfloor heating, super comfortable beds, big bathrooms, and everyday cleaning.

An imposing mountains backdrop dominates the villa grounds with rich Mediterranean vegetation, olive groves, fruits, and vegetable gardens.

We specialize in Event venue rental (weddings, birthdays, parties, etc.), as well as MICE tourism.

The property consists of a 400m2 Superior Villa with 7 bedrooms sleeping up to 18 guests, a heated infinity swimming pool with sunbeds and pool cabanas,

5.000m2 private garden, 100m2 taverna (event room), covered BBQ facilities with a big dining table, a lounge area with a TV+Sat, firepit, sea view wooden swing, family-friendly areas, etc.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Milan (the owner) a message.

If Milan (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
