Modern, cosy and DOG FRIENDLY bungalow which will sleep up to 5 people.

Private bungalow in an unspoilt position between Sutton on Sea and Trusthorpe and just 50 metres from miles and miles of promenade and dog friendly (all year) and blue flag beach

2 bedrooms, lounge / diner kitchen, bathroom, all double glazed and centrally heated throughout. Free Wi-Fi. Multiple dogs welcome FREE

Master bedroom: Double bed, wardrobes, cupboards and storage. 22" television.

Second bedroom: 1 single bed.

Bathroom with shower and full size bath, sink with storage and W.C. and non-slip flooring.

Lounge with wall mounted 32" Smart TV with HD Freeview and DVD player with french doors opening to garden with seating area. Corner sofa which converts simply to a double bed for lounging and / or sleeping.

Modern kitchen with electric oven and hob, fridge / freezer, microwave, 4 slice toaster, kettle, pots and pans, crockery and cutlery.

Kitchen/dining area with table and chairs, door opening onto a secure fully enclosed private rear garden with garden furniture and adjacent grassed field. Have breakfast or a drink in the sun whilst listening to the sea.

Secure storage facility with enough space for prams, wheelchairs etc. Space and electric to charge a mobility scooter. Washing Machine.

Paved area running the full width of the bungalow.

Private off road parking.

Transport links including train, bus (bus stops a few meters away, regular service inland and to different coastal towns) also seasonal road and beach trains!

Great for cyclists, walkers, anglers, dogs, children, senior generations, less abled - everywhere is so flat.

Prams / pushchairs, mobility scooters can all access the beach and promenade via several ramped access points - one is 100m away. Alternatively use the steps at the rear of the bungalow onto the promenade and beach only 50 meters away.

Prices include Wi-Fi central heating and electricity with ample supply of duvets and pillows. You are fully self-catering and supply your own towels along with toiletries, food etc. Many guests prefer to bring their own bed linen / covers therefore you receive a discounted price whereby we supply duvets, pillows etc., and guests bring covers. We are happy to make beds for your arrival using our quality linen, if you prefer for £25 per bed (£15 single) - you have the choice.

We would recommend this bungalow will be comfortable for a maximum of three adults plus children.

Dogs are permitted in the bungalow. No other pets are allowed without explicit written permission from the property owners. Dog owners are responsible for cleaning up any/all pet refuse. Please help us to keep the furnishings clean for all our guests, for example by bringing your pets favourite blankets etc. Any excessive damage or mess may incur extra cleaning fees.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Tim (the owner) a message.

If Tim (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
