Istria Nuova’s Villa’s are set in 11,000m2 of land in the Istrian village of Režanci, a municipality of the medieval town of Svetvinčenat.

Whether your retreat is Istria Nuova’s luxury Villa Terra, Villa Aqua or Villa Sole, you and those close to you will find the time and space to enjoy your time together.

The space

A sanctuary of privacy, Villa Terra features beautifully landscaped forest and vineyard views with private terraces and a garden set swimming pool. It is the ideal choice for a restful vacation or a fun-filled holiday.

The villa is set on a 2000m2 plot, with wildflowers surrounding the pool terrace and garden and boasting forest views. This American Art Deco style villa with beamed ceilings sleeps 10 people.

The open plan, fully equipped modern Chef’s kitchen with all conveniences makes cooking in the villa a joyful experience.

The large living and dining area both have signature furnishings, unique to Villa Terra. These open on to the Chef’s kitchen and dining terrace, which boast views of the pool, forest and vineyard.

All rooms on the first floor access the large veranda that overlooks the vineyard and surrounding forest. Enjoy the views from its large hot tub.

For outdoor dining, the traditional Istrian covered terrace beside the pool, with its wood-burning stove, offer an ideal dining arrangement for up to 12 people.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS

Bedroom 1, the villa’s master bedroom, has an Euro king size bed and an ensuite bathroom with shower. This bedroom has direct access to the large terrace and its hot tub. The terrace is also accessible from the hallway.
