Well away from the main road, with no through traffic, the cottage offers a peaceful atmosphere, with only the occasional wild rabbit or woodpecker to disturb you. Sit and enjoy dinner or drinks outside on a summer's evening on the paved and lit terrace, relax with breakfast in the sunny living room, or curl up in the whirlpool bath with a book. It's the perfect setting for your break, whether it's a long luxurious weekend or for an energetic week of biking and walking.

A beautiful converted stable block (part of a 17th Century traditional Welsh longhouse), the cottage has a 5 star grading from Visit Wales (the Welsh Tourist Board).

The cottage sleeps up to six people in two double and one twin room; a cot and high chair are available upon request. There is one en-suite shower room and a family bathroom with jacuzzi bath.

There is an exhaustively equipped kitchen with its Rangemaster ceramic double oven and granite worktops (ideal for enthusiastic cooks).

The cottage has an open-plan dining room, utility room (with washer/dryer) and cosy living room with wood-burning stove, wide-screen TV with Freesat and BT Superfast Fibre Broadband with Wi-Fi.

We had a wonderful time. The cottage is gorgeous and well equipped. The surrounding area is beautiful . Mila is extremely kind. She even fixed my daughter’s toy rabbit!

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Mali (the owner) a message.

If Mali (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
