A country holiday with all the modern comforts, the two bedroom Lake View Farm House is a separate dwelling on the working Noordewier "North of the Weir" Farm.

The self-contained house is the perfect place to stop overnight between Melbourne and Sydney, or stay a little longer and enjoy some rest and relaxation.

Only minutes from Albury, guests will wake to views across rolling hills, Lake Hume and more than a few farm animals.

For those looking for a little more adventure, bring the boats and ski (plenty of parking room) and access the water at the Bowna boat ramp, located two kilometres from the Farm House.

Price Range. Prices based on two and four people. Discounts are provided to longer stays. Subject to change and availability.

The two bedroom self-contained house is idyllically located 10 minutes from the city of Albury on a working farm. The fully equipped kitchen allows you to prepare your own meals without the hassle of bringing your our cooking tools.

For those staying a little longer, the house also features laundry facilities.

Guests can choose to relax indoors or venture outside and enjoy the beautiful views across the hills and towards Lake Hume.

Great place to stay. Nice room, great view and really quite. Would recommend to families or couples. Plenty of space to roam around and cooking facilities are good.

The cottage has every creature comfort. Warm and cozy with lovely views. Staying here with my 3 kids for the week. They love the pet sheep and alpacas and the freedom of the countryside.

Why can't I call Beverley (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Beverley (the owner) a message.

If Beverley (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
