A private Villa with 4 spacious apartments and 2 guest rooms. Each apartment has 1 bedroom, with two toilets and bath, fully furnished with kitchen and living room, can accommodate a family of 4. Modern swimming pool and tropical garden. Price is per apartment unit & not for the entire villa.

The Olive Tree Villa is 10 minutes after Splendido Golf Course and Twin Lakes.We are located between KM 89 and 90 on Amuyong-Kaytitingan Road just after Abagatan Farm.. The entrance is opposite Casa Bugai. Drive in for +/- 50 meters and you will see the wooden gate to Secret Garden. Enter the sub-division & we are on the left-end side of the road.

The Olive Tree Villa in Tagaytay has chosen the Olive Tree as its symbol for peace and tranquility.

We have two olive trees planted in our garden. "The olive tree is an evergreen tree native to the Mediterranean, Western Asia and Africa. It is short and robust, and rarely exceeds 8–15 m (26–49 ft) in height." Our trees are still very young but seem to find the soil of Tagaytay very auspicious.

Description:

The Olive Tree Villa is composed of 3 buildings surrounding a spacious pool with a very luxurious tropical garden.

The main building has 4 Apartment Villas. Each apartment is 56 sqm large, 1 bedroom with a masters bathroom, a spacious and comfortable living room, a cozy kitchenette and an additional sofa bed and a separate bathroom for your children or guests. Each apartment has its own terrace overlooking the swimming pool.

The second building is facing the pool and composed of two studios or guests rooms with modern bathroom.

Opposite to the pool is the main dining room with the fully equipped main kitchen. This is a cozy place to gather with friends and family or have your food and drinks by the pool terrace. A perfect place to enjoy the lovely ambiance and cool weather.

We have a spacious,private and secure parking area.

Its about 1.5 hours away from Makati City. A great place to spend a day or two or a full week to relax and unwind.
