Tahoma Charm is a charming vacation rental ideally furnished for two families, and outfitted with a wood fireplace, making it the perfect base camp for your Lake Tahoe adventures. The home's open floor plan gives the upstairs living area a spacious feel, making it perfect for families to gather and enjoy a movie on the large flat screen television, or play a board game together.

The kitchen is updated with new countertops and stainless steel appliances, while the rustic wood decor and real wood fireplace retain the classic Tahoe charm that one seeks in a lake or mountain cabin. The adults will appreciate the home's main floor Master bedroom and the second comfortable guest room. The younger travelers will appreciate the third bedroom which has two twin bunks, sleeping up to four.

To the south, Sugar Pine Point State Park awaits; it's also reachable in about ten minutes by car or bike. It's an ideal spot for a sandy beach picnic, hiking trail exploration, or fishing by the waterside. Just 8 miles away lies Tahoe City, where a vibrant array of eateries, boutiques, cultural events, and more cater to you and your family's desires.

When the ski season arrives, you'll find yourself just minutes away from Homewood Mountain Resort, featuring 2,000 skiable acres of groomed trails and pristine powder tree skiing. Alternatively, journey 15 miles to Palisades Tahoe, the largest ski resort in Lake Tahoe. For added convenience, jump on the FREE public transit system and avoid searching for parking as well!

How do damage deposits work?
