Literally a 2 min stroll to one of Auckland's most stunning swimming beaches, Million-dollar Takapuna Beach Playground, top cafes, shops & restaurants.

The space

Our 110m2 condominium is beautifully stylish, comfortable and well-appointed with up to date amenities. It is open plan with a large living room, full modern kitchen and a dining area. Double glazed windows make it warm with lovely views to the ocean. The main bedroom has a king-size bed with good quality cotton bed linen. The second bedroom also has a king-size bed with quality cotton linen. There is a light weight single fold out bed available on request. The bathroom is contemporary with a rain shower, underfloor heating and heated towel rail with quality towels.

German double glazed windows means Sky Blue is warm, dry, quiet and secure.

Guests have their own exclusive entrance to the condominium which is entirely self-contained and completely private.

We have a key lock box, so guests can access the property at their leisure.

Other things to note

Takapuna Beach, which is over a kilometre in length, is a one-minute walk from the apartment. It is perfect for walking and running. From the northern end of the beach a 4km coastal walk continues to the end of Milford Beach. Or at low tide you can walk from the southern end of the beach alongside sandstone cliffs and past secluded beaches. Swimming at Takapuna Beach is heavenly and the sound of the waves gently breaking on the shore is perfect for relaxation, or taking out the kayaks!

Why can't I call Jacqui (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Jacqui (the owner) a message.

If Jacqui (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
