Eagles View is a beautiful townhouse in Tala Village with a very special location. It is just a short walk from the charming village square with its bars, restaurants and tavernas. Yet it is set on the mountainside with breathtaking panoramic sea views. The ocean sunsets from Tala are the best in Western Cyprus which is why, in the bedrooms, we have added floor to ceiling picture windows. You can lie back in bed and look at the sea! The honeymoon suite has a covered balcony with twin outside daybeds looking down towards the ocean, and inside a pocket sprung kingsize bed. The living room opens onto a beautiful pool with large sunny patios and a bar area suspended over the valley below. You can lie on your sun bed watching the birds of prey hovering on the thermals.

Eagles View is ideal for honeymooners, two couples, small families or golfing groups. It has an ideal location at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac with a footpath cut-through to the village. Yet it is within easy access to beautiful beaches, golf courses or to Paphos with its marina and lively nightlife.

We have equipped Eagles View to a high standard.

If you are traveling with a toddler then you will not need to bring all their kit with you because it is all provided including: cot, highchair, changing mat, low chairs, cutlery, crockery, stool, potty, toys. Also for safety and security all windows and doors have key locks. There is also a special safety fence around 2 sides of the pool to protect your small children.

The living room has an Android box internet TV system, 1080p HD TV & DVD player, and a satellite system for a back up, and a comfortable leather sofa. Outside, a high quality table, 4 chairs and 4 sunloungers from which you can watch the sun set over the ocean. There is FREE WiFi. A Bose sound bar also enables you to play all your own music by bluetooth from your phone.

The rear patio and its adjoining large pool comes complete with a built-in servery/food preparation area ideal for al-fresco dining.

Eagles View is one of just eight homes comprising the exclusive Apollo Sol Development. Only 2 of the other properties rent to holiday guests, and infrequently. The other 5 properties are empty. Our guests are normally delighted to find they have the whole place, including the huge pool, six poolside rooms with showers, toilets and basins to themselves.

While bathing in the pool you can look through the glass walls out towards the sea at Coral Bay. The pool is lit at night with very bright white LED underwater pool lights, for safety. There is no BBQ.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
