If you are looking for a relaxing Beach holiday and Villa, you can't beat this! Situated on the Southern tip of Sri Lanka, Talalla Bay Beach House is somewhere you will never want to leave!

This 5 bedroomed (all ensuite), simple but fantastic house is on one of the most unspoilt beaches you will ever find! Down a few steps from the house and stretching for about 1km, the palm tree lined beach is truly wonderful!

Enjoy a moonlit walk along the beach or a delicious juice whilst relaxing in one of our hammocks. Accommodation includes:-

5 Bedrooms, all ensuite (3 doubles & 2 singles)

Direct access to the beach.

Beautiful unspoilt beach with safe swimming.

Daily Housemaid and Excellent Chef.

Location: 15 mins from Matara town, 30 mins from Mirissa & 1hr 15 mins from Galle. Approx. 4 hours from Yala National park.

Dear Kristen. Thankyou for taking time to write a message and feedback. We never have stated that we have AC so i am sorry that you found that a fault. The security men are always wishing to help guests and so we have had no bad reports about them ever but i am sorry that he made you feel uncomfortable. I have just sent you a message to find out what he said to make you feel uncomfortable but just to let you know, i have just called the security guard manager and asked for the security guards to not talk to the guests unless they require help. Regarding the 2 month old kitten and rat.....as we spoke about before...the security guards english is very poor and so i believe he wasn't able to communicate correctly and as a Buddhist he was trying help the kitten whilst also trying to make you feel comfortable. However we are very sorry that you felt upset by the Kitten and the good news is that yesterday we were able to find it a loving, safe home after weeks of trying. We are so terribly terribly sorry about the rat that came to eat the kittens food....what an awful thing to happen. I will be getting the full story from the security guard today. Emma was so shocked to hear this, that at first she thought it was too dark for you to see that it was the kitten so she got to the house as soon as she could to find out exactly and i believe she was replying to your messages straight away. This has never happened before but we will make doubly sure this doesnt happen again. As you know, we of course didnt charge you for Dinner and we made a good discount for your nights stay. Why can't I call Eduard (the owner) before booking?

You can exchange contact details with the property owner/manager once your booking is confirmed and you’ve paid in full. Paying and communicating only through our platform allows us to ensure that your booking is covered by our Payment Protection policy.

If you have any questions before booking, you can send the property owner/manager a message via the contact form on their listing. Once you’ve booked, you can discuss the rental and make arrangements for your trip by logging into Manage my booking.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I pay the balance of my holiday?

You can pay the remaining balance of your holiday at any point. Simply go to Manage my holiday booking and click Pay now.

How can I retract my booking request?

You’ll need to contact Eduard (the owner) to do this. Send them a message in Manage your holiday booking or through the contact form on this page.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Eduard (the owner) a message.

If Eduard (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
