The newly built 635sqf 4* apartment offers a stunning view of lake Annecy. Ideally located, this unit offers a southeast exposure. Spacious living area opensonto a furnished terrace with lake view. Fully equiped Kitchen. Dining area for 4/5 pers.

Separate bedroom with bunk beds (90x190cm each) on the same level together with ensuite bathroom (shower and sink).

Separate WC.

The apartment is fully equiped with Air conditionning.

On the first floor of this duplex, a spacious room opens to a private balcony with lake view. Queensize bed and optional single bed (90x190cm) for a 5th person.

New luxury bedding. Ensuite bathroom with double sink, tub/shower and separate WC. Washing machine

The apartment is located in a new building with two duplex apartments next to eachother. Possibility to rent the apartment on the same floor (the Beach) for an larger family!

On the ground floor, Seb Counter offers you light meals. The counter is not open for dinnertime.

The village center is only 5mns walk from the apartment. A supermarket (8à8), a bakery, a tabacco store and newsoffice will make your stay enjoyable.

BBQ's not allowed.

Few public parkings are at your disposal in the village (with extra charge).

The beds will be made upon your arrival according to the number of registered participants; towels (2/person), kitchen towels (2/kitchen), bath mats as well as welcome products (soaps, shampoo, shower gel, dishwashing product, some washing tablets, sponge, 2 rolls of toilet paper /wc…) are included in the service together with final stay cleaning.

We can provide you with a free BB cot and a high chair on request. Linen for this bed is optional.

A few days before arrival, a link will be sent to the traveler by email inviting him to check-in online and inform the agency of his arrival time, inform his identity and that of the people accompanying him...

Talloires is undoubtedly one of the most beautiful villages in all of France, exuding thousands of stories and legends. It features an exceptionally scenic bay as well as an authentic marina- both within walking distance from the beach. Talloires is happily nestled between lake and mountains boasting regional treasures including the famous Angon waterfall. Nearby, many activities can be practiced:

In Summer:

-Cycling (bike path accessible from the SHORE now allows you to go around the lake); you can also try the steps of the Tour de France which passes close to Annecy every summer.

-Hiking (departure of many walks from the house: the Cascade Angon (5mins), the Hermitage, the teeth Lanfon)

-Sailing, pedal boating, kayaking, canoeing, stand-up paddle, water skiing (we will gladly put you in touch with our partner Talloires)

-Paragliding: you'll have the opportunity to see the Montmin take off or land on the basis of Talloires nearby: Guaranteed daily show!

-The average mountain walks from Montmin (15mins), Mont Veyrier (10mins), the Parmelan or Clusaz (20mins)

-Summer sledging from the resort of La Clusaz

-An adventure park in Talloires (10mins) or Tamie (40mns)

In Winter:

-Cross country skiing, sledding track or from the family resort of Montmin nearby

-The cross country or track is also practiced in La Clusaz and Le Grand Bornand (20mins); Les Saisies (40mns), 3 Valleys (80mns)

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
