Set on the shores of the Indian Ocean, the 5 Bedroom Private Beach Villa , with en-suite Bathrooms is located on the serene Nilwella Bay far away from the tourist hotspot. The place and other attractions in and around the villa offers you tranquility and the simple luxuries of life.

The Villa has been recently renovated, newly furnished and is in a mint and lovely condition to accommodate up to 10 guests.

The villa has a living room, indoor dining room and a fully equipped kitchen including Dishwasher, refrigerator and a brand new cooking range.

Every bedroom is equipped with a King size bed, mosquito nets and Air Conditioners.

The heart of the Villa is a covered terrace offering outdoor dining and living, including Barbeque with amazing and enchanting view of the Indian Ocean. From the terrace, a smooth slope through the coconut tree garden will bring you to the beach , where surfing, paddle boarding , splashing in the waves, or just to take in some rays on a sun lounger.

The Villa General Manager, will be available at your service 24/7 at the villa to make your stay enjoyable and relaxing. He can organize airport transfers, day trips, shopping, car rentals, restaurant visits, chef for cooking, boat and fishing trips and much more to make your stay as pleasant and convenient as possible.

There are a lot of good hotels and restaurants in the vicinity as well as famous sightseeing destinations like the Dundra lighthouse, the Buddha in Dikwella, the Blow hole etc.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send James (the owner) a message.

If James (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
