La villa indipendente, situata nella campagna di Furci Siculo a meno di cinque minuti dal mare, è circondata da un vasto giardino soleggiato, con alberi di olivo secolari e un grande Melicucco, un esteso agrumeto e vari alberi da frutto, in una zona tranquilla, ideale per trascorrere un periodo di vacanza in assoluto relax fra campagna e mare. C'è inoltre di posto auto (max 2) a disposizione degli ospiti.

La villetta dispone di otto/dieci posti letto.

Al piano terra c'è un ampio salone, una cucina, un bagno , una camera da letto matrimoniale e un piccolo ufficio.

Al primo piano una stanza armadio, un bagno e tre camere da letto, arredate con semplicità, che si affacciano su ampie verande da cui si può ammirare sia il paesaggio rurale , sia il mare .

A circa cinque minuti dall'abitazione c'è la spiaggia libera,

da quest'anno Bandiera Blu, con un mare sempre cristallino e dei lidi attrezzati. Si può degustare la buonissima granita siciliana nei vari bar e assaporare il pesce fresco nei ristoranti tipici. Inoltre il lungomare è il più ammirato e frequentato della zona.
