Located on the bottom of Taormina's historic centre and overlooking the Giardini Naxos's bay, the Il Signò cocco offers spectacular views of Mount Etna erupting and charm with the lush garden decorated with palm trees, roses and flowers of bright colours.

It offers modern apartments with sea view or garden view with patio for each apartment, on the apartments you can found everything you need for self-catering, air conditioning, large screen television , radio, heating , washing machine , complete with great kitchenettes and internet connection Wi-Fi.

The complex enjoys a quiet location where you can relax in complete privacy just in the patios located on the garden in front each apartments, on the private solarium-wood platform situated on the pebble beach just in front side the structure, on the beach you can found a lido with a bar where you can rent deckchairs. or you can enjoy the landscape with sea view and Etna on the terrace where there are swimming pools with seawater, deckchairs for comfortably sunbathe and big patio with chairs and tables.

Nearby the structure you can also enjoy international cuisine on some Mediterranean and Sicilian restaurants or drink something in a bar, nearest bar or restaurants located in front of "Isola bella" 15min by walk, or you can found more choice in Giardini Naxos's bay where can offers also a romantic views of Taormina. If you prefer to stay at home there are small market 20min by walk.

The train station is at 300 mt walk distance, Isola bella is at 15 min walk distance, Taormina city centre 10min by car, bus stop 800mt where you can go to Taormina-Castelmola direction or Giardini Naxos direction.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Edoardo (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
