Sea Garden is a located on the beach with beautiful turquoise views of Tar Bay and the ocean... Private beach is excellent for snorkeling.

Sea Garden is a beautiful contemporary house with vaulted ceilings provide an open and airy feel. The large wrap around porch of 1.000 sq.ft. is reached from a series of seven doors from all the bedrooms.

House furnishings are comfortable and contemporary making you feel and your family like you belong here.

Sea Garden has a very private tropical back yard garden with over 30 coconut trees, always blooming orchids and flowers. Enjoy feeding the gold fish in our lily pond.

Quiet "private" beach

I would like to start with, that any expensive and 5 star houses located on the main road of the island, Queen's Hwy, since it's the only paved road that goes along the beach and has the most popular rentals. If you rent your house on the other side of the island, you will end up driving there through terrible unpaved road and away from the beaches. In reality all you hear on the porch of the house is the ocean. Ocean is consistently loud, and the only noise near you. We do have all screens for the windows, it's just the guests never asked for them. We keep them in the garage, since all the guests either use air-conditioner, or open all 7 doors ( which have screens) for the breeze. We took the screens down on the windows on purpose, not to obscure the view of the ocean. Every room has closets and enough space for your clothing to hang. Never had any complains before about closet space. The bed in the Master Bedroom is fixed. No squeaking any more. Again, we are living on the island and provide customer service 24/7, we are just a call away to fix anything in the house. Things go bad and it's normal at anybody's house. All we ask is communication with us, please. We do provide all the toiletries just to start with, and it's atated on the website. 4 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 roll paper towels in the kitchen, laundry detergent, dish soap, dish sponge. And the guests have to supply themselves with the rest as they run out of things. Every vacation rental does the same things. I have to bring the untruthful information about the guest's statement. They stayed through the whole vacation, and had to leave couple days earlier because of the emergency at home. But they wanted their money back and complained to the website lying about the negative things of the house. The case # 15242541 was created with Homeaway website, and was resolved in our favor. The management of the website decided that the guest didn't have enough reasons to get their money back. I will be not surprised if Thomas Wenske is doing this with every house he rents for the last 15 years and trying to stay for free. If any owners reading this review response, please be AWARE!

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Olena (the owner) a message.

If Olena (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
