We will have the pleasure to welcome you in a totally renovated and newly furnished APARTMENT where restorations have been carried out respecting and enhancing the high vaulted ceilings. Suite at the bridge is located on the first floor of a historic building built in the early 900, located in the historic center on one of the main squares in the center of Piazza Garibaldi, in just a few steps you can reach the main points of interest in the city, such as the museum, the government building, the monument to the sailors, the promenade and the shopping streets, and just two minutes you get to the revolving bridge and along it you reach the old town, where you can visit the famous Aragonese castle, the palace of city, the Cathedral of San Cataldo, the Spartan museum, the Diocesan Museum of Sacred Art and the noble palaces of the old city belonged to noble families and illustrious personalities of the city such as the Amati palace, the Pantaleo palace and being enveloped by the atmosphere of this island made of alleys, smells and flavors. Just 15/20 minutes by car or by urban means you reach the famous beaches with crystal clear sea .... our much sought after SALENTO.Questa structure was born to accommodate singles, couples but also families, friends, tourists visiting our city and for professionals, men of business on the move, and make them feel at home, in total privacy without sharing living areas but in total autonomy of the house.     Mooi centraal gelegen, Zeer schone kamer. Keurig ontvangst. Ontbijt in Nabij gelegen Cafe Kade 84 Goed geregeld. Wij waren op doorreis, zijn we in de buurt gaan we terug.

    Grazie per la bella recensione. Per quanto riguarda il bagno non essendoci possilitá di creare una finestra abbiamo installato un aeratore che ovviamente non può mai sostituire una finestra ma il suo piccolo lo fa. Per quanto riguarda odori e rumori esterni non posso farci nulla tra l'altro essendo l'immobile in pieno centro colmo di negozi e locali pieno di vita quotidiana è inevitabile anche se essendo in una corte interni molto altri ospiti lo hanno trovato tranquillissimo come si può leggere nelle altre recensioni. Comunque noi accettiamo soprattutto i punti eventuali poco positivi perché grazie a loro possiamo migliorare

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

    How do I edit my booking?

    You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Carmen (the owner) a message.

    If Carmen (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
