Lovers of the authentic can enjoy this accommodation in the heart of the Alto Tajo Natural Park. This beautiful house that maintains the rural spirit of the nineteenth century, has been rehabilitated with love, so that you can share with us the Activity Center of Aquaventur. The architectural elements of the area have been conserved in their totality, thus achieving that homelike air of a small town house. The foundation dates back 200 years. It has 120 square meters distributed on two floors. one dedicated to services, kitchen and living room with fireplace, and the other to rooms. The kitchen is equipped with utensils, dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, washing machine, microwave and refrigerator. The heating is very curious, is based on the old system of firewood but we use a Hergom boiler high performance with air impeller, which for cold areas has a great thermal efficiency and a great use of heat and we It also serves to delight us with the pleasant warmth of firewood in our living room. It has a private plot of 600 m2. Usable as parking and recreation area in which we will find a beautiful gazebo and a barbecue, as well as an old well and a small fountain. The house is rented in full. The activity company -Aquaventur- also offers a range of leisure possibilities that can greatly enrich your stay in this place. The activities offered by our Active Tourism Center are: • Canoeing. • Canyoning. • Trekking. • Guided routes in nature. • Speleology. • Routes in 4x4. • Archery. • Multiactivities for groups. • Bachelor parties ..... How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Diego (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
