This is a beautifully decorated, newly renovated apartment steps from Spring Bayou in Tarpon Springs. This first floor facility overlooks a colorful garden in a quiet neighborhood. We are within walking distance to the Greek village, many fine restaurants, and Pinellas bike trail. The accommodations have two bedrooms. One with a queen bed and the other has twin trundle beds. The apartment is air conditioned and fully equipped. We are close to Florida's most beautiful beaches and to many of central Florida's vacation destinations. Busch Gardens and Adventure Island are 40 minutes away. We also provide bikes to those who like to explore the area. We love to meet new people and know you will enjoy your stay.

We hope everyone who rents from us has a great experience. We request that everyone be considerate of others on site. Quiet time is from 10pm to 8am. Smoking is permitted on the outside decks or porches. There is laundry facilities on site and is free to use. We ask the guests to dispose of all trash every day in the outside containers available.

Why can't I call John and Linda (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send John and Linda (the owner) a message.

If John and Linda (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
