The beautiful exterior of this villa has its own private pool (4m x 8m, with a depth ranging from 1m to 1.8m), a covered dining area and sun loungers where you can soak up the Spanish sun. There is also an outdoor barbecue where you can prepare homemade meals.

Inside this modern, two-story villa, relax in a rustic yet fashionable living space including a living room, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen (with a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, Nespresso coffeemaker, and toaster). The ground floor also features one bedroom with one double bed and an ensuite bathroom.

On the second floor, take your pick from the four remaining bedrooms with the following bed distribution:

(1) one double bed

(2) one trundle bed (two single beds)

(3) one single bed

(4) one double bed with an ensuite bathroom

Sizes of the bed are as follows: Single bed - 100x200 cm and Double bed - 130x200 cm.

This perfectly located villa is just two kilometers from vital amenities such as a supermarket, bakery, shops, phramacy, and restaurant. The villa is also located on the green of Reus Aigüesverds golf club, making it an ideal getaway for golf lovers! There is space to park one vehicle in the driveway.

Cleaning Policy:

1) Our housekeeping teams have received specialised training in cleaning requirements. Before and after each villa rental, we have enhanced our cleaning processes as per the World Health Organisation (WHO) guidelines. All zones of each property, including high contact areas such as door knobs and handles, faucets, and switches are first cleaned and then disinfected with bleach based cleaning products. Disinfectants are left to soak for at least 10 minutes to receive full sanitizing benefits.

2) Cleaning time allowances have been extended to accommodate the above.

3) Our properties are accessed through a keybox so there is no face to face arrival contact. Keys are disinfected after every stay.

4) All of our towels and linens are professionally supplied cleaned by Elis, an international textile, hygiene and facilities service with activities in 28 countries across Europe and Latin America.

5) All beds and pillows have protective covers.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
