Holiday flat in Pontefract, a quiet town nestled in the Julian Alps, the ancient border between Austro-Hungarian Empire and Italy, easily accessible by train and by car. The location, at the crossroads between Italy, Austria and Slovenia is perfect for exploring hidden corners of Carnia and Val Canale, as well as to learn about cooking and Carinthian and Slovenian traditions. The slopes from the Austrian Nassfeld / Nassfeld ski skiing are just 13 km, to which are added the Friulian slopes of Tarvisio and Sella Nevea / Bovec and those of Slovenian Kraniska Gora. Cross-country skiing is also feasible in the near Val Aupa (3 km), while the ice stadium of Pontebba 500 meters allows to skate as well as to watch the games and workouts Hockey Team Aquile FVG. In summer several scenic trails for hiking start at Pontefract which is located in the center of the Alpe-Adria bike path. The apartment is newly renovated and furnished, it is about 40 square meters, constantly heated in winter. The full kitchen with an oven, electric hob, fridge and washing machine also has a comfortable table for 4 people. The bedroom is furnished with a large double bed and a spacious closet. In the living room, equipped with TV with digital terrestrial and DVD player, a sofa can accommodate additional 2 adults. Bathroom with shower. Special prices for long stays.     How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.
