This is the largest style property on Augustus Village and is a luxurious four bedroom, three bathroom, detached villa with a total gross internal area of 180.59sq.m.

The property has ceramic floors throughout and fully tiled bathroom and cloakroom areas. Concealed and individually controlled air conditioning providing heating and cooling facilities to the living areas and bedrooms. Beautifully curved stone staircases add a touch of elegance to the property. The spacious terrace and balconies cover 68.76sq.m

The Augusus Village is based in the picturesque five star Augustus Resort, Antalya. The Augustus Village is a gated community situated in a desirable area on the outskirts of the village of Tasagil, between Side and Belek, set around the beautiful landscaped courtyards and free flowing fountains.

The client has the option to use the on site maid service and have the villa cleaned at intervals throughout their stay and to have a final clean and bedding change carried out on departure. Costing can be provided in advance and a guide is available on our web site.

We can arrange airport pick up, hire car, laundry service (if required) and a cleaning service (if required). Excursions to the many beautiful surrounding attractions can be organised with the site office. There is diving available and I recommend the ship wrecks of Antalya.

Facilities include, TV, DVD player with a growing collection of films and TV series, Classic X-Box with several games, IPod stereo unit (no IPod supplied), a Christmas tree, lights and decorations are available for staying over the Christmas period. Some inflatable toys are available for the pool and a foot pump is supplied. A small tool kit is also provided.

Ground floor: A spacious and airy lounge and dining area with two sets of doors opening onto the generously sized terrace. A very well appointed kitchen complete with all white goods, oven, hob, hood, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, washing machine and large pantry. Leading from the kitchen is a large utility room. Also on the ground floor is a downstairs cloakroom.

First floor: Large master bedroom with en suite shower room, fitted with shower, and doors leading to large balcony. The second bedroom is again a double with en suite shower room, and doors to balcony. The third bedroom is also a double and has doors leading out to its own balcony. The fourth bedroom is also a double. Finally, there is a family bathroom.

The site has 24hour security and management and group activities are often arranged by staff during peek holiday periods.

There are eleven golf courses within 30mins of the villa including the National (Home of the PGA Turkish Open) and courses by Faldo and Montgomery. On average playing one of these world class golf courses will cost around 85euro. Ancient ruins abound and an evening spent watching a show in a genuine Roman amphitheatre is not to be missed.

The site is 10mins from the nearest beach in Kumkoy which offers miles of sand and quiet away from it all surroundings. However the best beaches are in Belek and Side. These are 20-30mins away but offer restaurants and entertainment with parasailing, water skiing, and boat hire etc

Antalya International airport is just 35 minutes away, Close to the golf resort of Belek and several of the region's best golf courses. An impressive 300 days of sunshine annually make this an all year round destination. The Villages Onsite Facilities include:
