We have now introduced an unlimited independent WiFi package with built in Alexa . we are one of the very few to offer unlimited WiFi on Tattershall

Luxury caravan with double glazed, gas central heating and patio doors leading to an enclosed decked veranda on the quiet Rudd Lake development. Hot tub is now installed and sunk into the Newley extended decking A modern luxury two bedroom caravan - Master bedroom with King size bed and en-suite, second bedroom with twin beds.Shower room with a generous sized shower enclosure, toilet and hand wash basin. Extra double bed in the option of a pull out sofa bed.Open plan living area with dining room table and chairs, two comfy sofas looking out over the decking onto views of the lake. Spacious bright modern kitchen fitted with large integrated fridge freezer, a microwave and gas cooker.TV and DVD in the lounge, TV / DVD player in the master bedroom and TV in the twin bedroom. Bedding and internal towels provided - please bring your own hot tub/ beach/swimming pool towels. Very well behaved dog allowed at an extra charge of £20 per stay will apply. Dogs to be kept off the furniture and out of the bedrooms.We have a current fishing license for the caravan and a 2.4 metre fishing platform. Tattershall Country Park is located in Tattershall, Lincolnshire and is set in 365 acres of countryside. It has an 85 acre water ski lake, 65 acre jet ski lake with cafe, four well stocked fishing lakes, heated indoor pool with gym and lakeside hot tubs, a spa treatment and relaxation area. The 'Entertainment Hub' has a bar with lake views and sports TV, a diner and an arcade with pool and snooker tables. (Passes can be obtained for entrance to the Entertainment Hub and the swimming pool etc. at an additional charge).There is free daily entertainment provided for children every day at the Boathouse Bar at the 'Hub' and entertainment for the family/adults from 7.00/7.30 pm.Near to the 'Hub' is a small children's outdoor beach, a convenience store and fully equipped launderette.There are lots of places of interest to visit nearby -Within 5 miles there is:-Tattershall Karting, Battle of Britain Memorial Flight, Tattershall Castle, Tattershall Station Pottery and Tattershall Farm Park.Within 5 - 10 miles is:-Woodhall Spa Village, Kinema in the Woods, Aviation Heritage Centre and Bolingbroke Castle.A little further away there is:-Lincolnshire Museum of Life, Boston, Lincoln City, East Kirby Airfield and Skegness. In Skegness itself there is the Seal & Nature Sanctuary and Fantasy Island.

Our weekend stay was a really relaxing, entertaining, family friendly and welcoming adventure. The caravan was really well laid out, clean and had everything you could possibly need. I would highly recommend staying in a caravan/lodge via Ray as he and his wife make the stay as homely as possible and are there to answer any questions/queries you may have. They are that welcoming and friendly we have already booked next years stay, we were that satisfied. Do not hesitate to visit and enjoy a lovely break away.

Just arrived home from a wonderful weekend. On arrival everything was spotless inside and out with a lot of extra touches like tea coffee biscuits and much more that was well above what was expected. Ray the owner was very nice and met us on arrival. Great weekend fishing with lovely carp caught. The weather was an added bonus to a great stay.plan on booking again.

First time at tattershall lakes and the caravan on arrival is really nice and clean. Ray met us and took us to the van showed us how to use hot tub. The van and hot tub are spotless bedding and towels lovely and clean. Bedrooms really nice sofa bed not very comfortable more for children than 2 adults. The place it's self is lovely only thing missing is a bigger gym and swimming pool fine for Young children but my boys are 13 and 16 so pool to small. I did go in the gym very clean but all so very small. Fishing my husband and kids loved it would recommend this place and Ray who owns the van on hand if we need anything.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Ray (the owner) a message.

If Ray (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
