The apartment is surrounded by nature in a beautiful outskirts, has a large garden and is very close to Wiesbaden and the Rheingau. The property description: fully furnished apartment with large winter garden that can be used all year round, large terrace, large kitchen, living room, bedroom, bath tub with toilet, guest toilet, outskirts of town with distant view, 3000m² garden with old trees (approx. 1000m² exclusive use belonging to the apartment), Swimming pool and garden sauna, The equipment: The apartment has several closets, some walk-in closets / storage room, basement, outdoor storage room for the terrace. W-LAN in all rooms, TV (satellite), fitness cross trainer, washing machine, fitted kitchen, fully equipped, dishwasher, microwave, gas stove, coffee maker, tea maker, toaster, fridge-freezer, bedroom with double bed, sofa bed in the living room, 1 parking space under Carport directly in front of the house entrance, charging station for electric car (22kW, socket type 2, RFID, WLAN), 1 additional parking space in front of the house, the location: Taunusstein-Neuhof: ideal bus connection (every 1/2 hour - 10 minutes driving time without changing Wiesbaden), 6 km to A3, in town: 3 grocery stores, bakers, butchers, hairdressers, beauty salons etc., 3 kindergartens, 2 elementary schools, bilingual private school (junior high school and high school). The swimming pool and the sauna in the garden are available. We live next door and are always available if something is needed. We are happy to help. Our house is on the outskirts and from here you have a view over the fields to the Taunus landscape. From the hasu door you can go directly into nature to bike, skate, jog and hike. Although surrounded by nature, we have several supermarkets, petrol stations, bakers, hairdressers, restaurants, pizza service, post and stationery shops, etc. in town. We have an optimal bus connection very close. In a few minutes you are in the city center of Wiesbaden.

This is the worst place you can stay,owners will go inside of the place when you are not there. Very rude,dirty place,everything falling apart. Stay away.

We tried everything possible to please these guests. Since they were staying for 3 months we wanted to arrange everything according to their needs. We also allowed them to rearrange the furniture and decorate the place to their taste. The house is countryside and surrounded by a large garden it is natural that nature tries to find it's way inside and frequent cleaning is necessary. Our guests settled in the rental agreement for cleaning the apartment by themselves. From the start these guests were extremely picky and demanding. We tried to please them, but felt that it was not possible. Just that we asked for being polite to us and not only nag and demand. Since they were so particular about everything we trusted them and returned the security deposit to them without checking the apartment thoroughly only to find out after they left, that several things were missing or broken. They even covered the glass table with a table cloth to hide that the glass was broken. After this fraud we didn't expect that they would be so shameless to write such a mean review! What a disapointment! We always get only very good reviews from other guests. Please check the reviews on other booking sites.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Andrea & Peter (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
