Super king beds complement the large open plan living areas. A gourmet chef's kitchen with all BBQ facilities ensure foodies are well catered for !

The Kinloch / Taupo / Rotorua region is an activity playground, so be prepared to get busy !

Taupo (15 minutes drive) offers ample shops / cafes and restaurants with some incredible cafe's and eateries to experience local produce.

Your experience at Dunalistair House begins with a personal meet and greet. You will be shown around the spacious living areas, bedrooms and bathrooms. You will also be introduced to the media room and home automation system, which creates unique scenes of lighting inside and out. The house is fully underfloor heated ensuring cosy toes in the winter, and is double glazed throughout. The owners are happy to share with you all the knowledge that they have on the surrounding area and beyond!

    The real WOW factor

    Beautiful modern warm spacious house with great amenities. Right on the golf course so beautiful views. Already planning to go back next year.

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

    How do I edit my booking?

    You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Alistair (the owner) a message.

    If Alistair (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
