From the owner

The house is for exclusive use. Parties are not allowed, the house is for lodging. The ground floor is composed of a small front garden, a very large dining room and TV room. A bathroom with shower. A single room nº 4. Independent dining kitchen with pantry and large terrace with laundry and washing machine. In the back there is a garden, where you can sunbathe. Room No. 1 is a double room with full bathroom and balcony. Room No. 2, with double bed, cot if needed and a very large terrace. Room No. 3 has two single beds. There is a full bathroom with overhead lighting. The roof is a walkable roof of 70 m2, where it has a panoramic 360º nature. The house is independent, except the garage that is communal, we have two parking spaces. ROOMS: The house has 4 rooms but only the rooms that guests who are registered in the reserve will be opened. * If the guest requires an additional room for visits must pay an extra cost to be paid on arrival (checkin). The neighborhood The house is located at the gates of the Anaga rural park, declared as a new biosphere reserve by UNESCO. Tegueste, is located in the northeast of the island of Tenerife, has an important agricultural activity, such as its famous wines. The vegetation is formed by laurisilva species, and its landscape beauty, as well as the mildness of its climate, give it a very special attraction. It is to highlight its natural heritage with a multitude of trails that allow you to cross it; the aboriginal settlement of the Agua de Dios Ravine (Las Tapias) declared of archaeological interest of the Autonomous Community and the varied artisanal and agricultural offer that give the municipality a very specific personality, maintaining despite the proximity to the large urban centers of Santa Cruz and La Laguna, the charm of small towns. The last Sunday of April is celebrated its most typical party "La Romería" which is one of the oldest of the Canary Islands and the most traditional, also highlights the Canarian struggle. On Saturdays and Sundays from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. there is a farmer's market, where you can find typical products of the land. Supermarket 1 minute away by car. English The house is for exclusive use. The flat roof is a accessible witch area is 70 m2, which offers a 360º panoramic view of the nature. All rooms are exterior with natural light and views, surrounded by nature, mountains and the sea. You will feel in a relaxed and unique environment to enjoy your vacation and return full of energy. The house is independent, except the garage that is communal, we have two parking spaces. ROOMS: The house has 4 rooms but we only open rooms that guests needs. If guest needs an extra room for visitors, this will have an extra cost. The Neighborhood The house is located near Anaga rural park, declared a new biosphere reserve by UNESCO. Tegueste, is located in the north-east of the island of Tenerife, has an important agricultural activity, such as its famous wines. The vegetation is very varied and the weather is very warm for most of the year. It highlights its natural heritage with many trails that traverse; Aboriginal settlement of ravine "Water of God" declared of the archaeological interest of the region and the varied crafts and agricultural offer that give the town a very specific personality, keeping the charm of small towns. Last Sunday of April its most traditional celebration "The" pilgrimage "of San Marcos" which is one of the oldest of the Canary Islands and the most hand-crafted celebration, also highlights the Canarian fight. On Saturdays and Sundays from 9 to 14 hours there is a farmer's market, where you can find typical local products. Supermarket is 1 minute by car.
