Further details outdoors

Higher Holcombe Farm is nestled in a lush green valley on a 50-acre non-working farm with stunning views out over Lyme Bay and its Jurassic Coast. Walk to the top field and look out on an area of breathtaking natural beauty with Exmouth and Dawlish to the East and the Tors of Dartmoor to the West. Wander along private lanes to meet up with coastal and public footpaths. You can either simply relax whilst enjoying the wonderful views or if you wish to venture further there are wonderful walks and footpaths across the farm and the surrounding area with lots of opportunities for wildlife and birdwatching. These paths can take you to the village of Holcombe (approx 11 mins) where you will find the local pubs, or to the coastal footpath which you can following either to Teignmouth or Dawlish
Although being in a seculded valley we are still close to all local facilities, so if you do not wish to drive just leave the car on the farm and either walk, go by bus or train to explore the area.
