Vivienda Vacacional situada al Este de la isla de Gran Canaria, con unas impresionantes vistas donde se puede observar desde la salida del sol, el mar, la costa, la bahía y hasta la isla de Fuerteventura en días muy claros. Estratégicamente situada.

Este casa es ideal para pasar unas vacaciones tranquilas y a la vez muy cerca de cualquier núcleo urbano, situada en un lugar céntrico y a la vez que fuera del suburbio de las grandes ciudades. El apartamento, desarrollado en una planta única, consta de 3 habitaciones, 1 habitación con cama matrimonial (1,50 x 2,00), otra habitación con una cama matrimonial (1,50 x 1,90 ) y la tercera habitación (1,50 x 1,90), posee dos baños grandes totalmente equipados, una cocina y dos salones, uno de ellos equipado con Tv y ordenador de mesa. Además, tiene una terraza de 60 m2 con un jardín privado de 80 m2. Tiene WIFI e Internet de alta velocidad, Televisión Vía Satélite y aparcamiento gratuito en la entrada principal de la vivienda. Las playas de Melenara, Salinetas, La Garita y Playa del Hombre, se encuentran a 7km. Para los amantes del deporte, el campo del golf El Cortijo se encuentra a 6 km, rutas de Senderismos muy cercanas y deportes acuáticos (Surfing, Body Board o Windsurfing) en playas muy cercanas. Los Centros Comerciales, Tiendas de Moda, Hipermercados, zonas de ocio y muchos restaurantes se encuentra e un radio de 5 y 8 km. Su capital, Las Palmas se encuentra a 15 km.(20min. en coche), las hermosas playas de Maspalomas y Playa del Inglés a 35 km (25 min. en coche) y el aeropuerto está a 12 km.

La casa es muy cómoda, está situada en una urbanización residencial, en zona privilegiada, ya que estando a 3 km de la ciudad, estamos muy cerca de todo, a la vez que gozamos de una tranquilidad envidiable. Se puede puede disfrutar tanto del campo, la playa y de la ciudad y posee unas vistas impresionantes.
