If you choose our accommodation (20 Km from Innsbruck) you will enjoy a stay nestled 1.000 m above sea-level in one of the premier winter sports and leisure activity destinations in the alps. The excellent infrastructure here includes 4 different ski- and snowboarding resorts: The Glacier ski-resort with 100% snow guarantee from October to June, the familiar ski-resort 'Schlick 2000', the ski- and tobogganing resort 'Serles' and the ski- and paragliding resort 'Elfer'. You can reach the nearest ski area 'Schlick 2000' in 3 minutes with the free bus or by car. The free ski-bus is only 1 min from our house. Many cozy huts and pastures invite you to take a break. Take a seat on one of the terraces and enjoy the winter sun. A long day of skiing can also be celebrated in one of the popular Apre'Ski bars.
In just 5 minutes walk you will reach the newly opened Aqua Arena "Stubay"! Wonderful integrated into the landscape provides the newly constructed facility at about 5,000 square meters fun for the whole family.


Summer:

The apartement is nestled in the heart of the Austrian Alps. At 1000 meters in elevation, the climate is moderate. The temperature range from 20°C to 32°C (70°F to 90°F) in the summer months. These temperatures are ideal for the many hiking, biking or climbing opportunities in the surrounding mountains or for just sitting on the bench in front of your apartment and enjoying the picturesque views. From the leisurely hike to a challenging climb - you start directly in front of the house without using a car. Our house is central but peaceful idyllic and quiet located. It is the ideal place to relax, to get away and participate in village life in the mountains of the Stubai Valley. In just 5 minutes walk you will reach the newly opened Aqua Arena "Stubay"! Wonderful integrated into the landscape provides the newly constructed facility at about 5,000 square meters fun for the whole family.

    How do damage deposits work?

    If Carole (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
