Sea View Apartment is a brand new luxury apartment in a superb setting looking out onto Kenmare Bay and the Caha Mountains. It is a spacious and beautifully designed apartment with wonderful attention to detail. Nothing has been overlooked and your hosts Karen and Patrick are on hand should you need any advice on where to go or what to do locally. They have even provided a picnic basket so you can stroll down to the nearby Coss Strand and savour the enviable seaside location. Sea View Apartment is attached to the main house where your hosts live, however you will have full privacy while staying there. There is parking to the side of the house and a separate entrance from the sun terrace into the main living space. Patio doors lead into the open plan kitchen, dining and living room. This is a wonderful room filled with light and offering wonderful views down the garden to the sea beyond. The kitchen is very well equipped with everything you will need during your stay and there is a small dining table to seat four people. The sitting room area has both a three and a two seater couch along with a TV and a cosy electric fire. Wi if provided free of charge to all guests. There are two large and stylish bedrooms. Both bedrooms have large king beds which can be divided into two single beds depending on your preference. Each bedroom has a large ensuite bathroom - one with a bath and shower and the other with a stand alone shower. All bed linen and towels are provided and there is a TV in each bedroom. The patio doors lead outside to the private terrace with magnificent sea views. It is separated from the rest of the house for your privacy. Please note that this property is not suitable for young children however children over the age of 12 are very welcome. On arrival, you will be asked for a security deposit of 200 euro in cash which will be refunded to you on departure provided there are no breakages or damages. Sea View Apartment is located in the townland of Templenoe which lies less than a 10 minute drive (5K) from Kenmare town centre. Dromquinna Manor is less than a 5 minute drive. You can walk to the nearby Coss Strand in less than 5 minutes.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Karen (the owner) a message.

If Karen (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
