Self contained Studio Apartment in a secure and friendly residential area of Temuco. We offer Bed and Breakfast, internet and cable TV for our visitors.

You will feel at home in the surroundings of the Apartment enjoying the quiet and peaceful gardens which are just outside your door.

Close to the major shopping Mall of the City, Portal Temuco, and also near the Casino of Temuco, The Dreams Casino and the Clinica Aleman Hospital.

There are also Specialty Shops and Supermarkets within walking distance, including Banks, Pharmacies, Cafes, Bars and Nightclubs .

The German Becker Football Stadium is at a walking distance from the Apartment.

The Self Contained Apartment/Studio has all facilities, if you desire to cook your own meals.

However there are plenty high quality restaurants and cafes at hand surrounding the residence, all within walking distance.

The Host, an Australian Citizen, is bilingual, not only speaks Spanish but is also fluent in English, however we can also manage basic French.

The Host also offers to assist the Guests in how to get around the city of Temuco, if needed.

As I stated above we offer a complete Continental Breakfast if the Guest requires this service. Also available are translation services and directions in order to get around Temuco and the Region of La Araucania.

We will try to cater for any needs that the Guests may request, making sure to make our Guests feel at home while They stay with Us.

The Apartment is located in a very secure and quiet residential location in Temuco. As stated above close to all amenities, all within walking distance.

Temuco is a very welcoming city for all tourists. Its location makes it the gateway to commence your exploration of La Araucania Region, a very scenic sightseeing vacation to different touristic spots in La Araucania Region of Chile.

From Temuco you can travel to the east and see the Conguillio National Park where the Llaima Volcano can be seen. Travel southeast to Pucon and Villarica, enjoying the lakes, rivers and the wonders of Villarrica National Park, home to the Villarrica Volcano. Or you can head west to Puerto Saavedra and enjoy a day at the beach. From Temuco you can visit lakes, mountains, forests, beaches and of course Volcanoes.

The Apartment is located between three major roads of the city of Temuco, Ave. Alemania, Pedro de Valdivia Rd. and Inglaterra Rd. Buses and taxis are always easily found traveling down these roads, so transportation is no problem for our guests.
