When not included, Ala carte meals at reasonable prices according to your liking can be ordered and paid at the Villa after check in. You may also opt to do own grocery shopping and ask our staff to cook for you.

The staff are onsite 8 hours a day except Sundays and Public Holidays, unless it's your arrival day, therefore should you need support please discuss with them directly. There is Security personnel from 6pm-6am daily to support in emergencies.

Due to our open landscape property, we have CCTV for the outdoor part of the house. There is NO INDOOR CCTV in our villa to protect your privacy. Please inquire to us further on this matter should you need further info.

Rumah Senja is located in hills above Temukus, Lovina, Bali, about 10 minutes drive from the beach and the town center. The villa is part of the Sing-Sing Villa complex, about 100 m above sea level. It is built on a rear plot of the resort with a view from the terrace over the green valley and the Bali Sea. This location makes this place so special and gives you the feeling of freedom with amazing sunset every night.

For guests' convenience while maintaining guests' privacy, our staff will be in the Villa during the day for guests inquiries, housekeeping as well as cooking should the guests wish so, 6 days a week, 8 hours a day.

The staff and we are contactable anytime, there is also security who patrols in the complex at night, who will help during emergencies. The staff's off day in the week can be negotiated to ensure guests' arrival and departures are smooth.

The entire property is a non-smoking zone, except at the gazebo / bale bengong. All cigarettes shall be extinguished and disposed into CeaseFire container near to the gazebo prior leaving the gazebo.

Please inform our staff if you have additional guests to your group who stays at any night in the villa. Upon informing our staff and providing us with copy of ID, we will then register the person as additional guests. By local law, guests shall not bring unregistered persons to the villa without informing our staff. The local authority may prosecute such unregistered person(s). No gathering / parties allowed.

Our staff:  Henny and Ketut will welcome you with a welcome meal on your arrival. They are available 8 hours a day, 6 days a week, but are always contactable via cellphone and text messages. In consultation with the staff, you can decide whether you want to make use of the other paid services: -breakfast, lunch or the delicious dinner that Henny can prepare for you upon your requests, -groceries, -transportation arrangement such as car or motorbike with or without driver services (valid licences required), -laundry, etc. These services are for your own account. During the stay everything can be arranged with the staff and in advance with the landlord.

Why can't I call Nining (the owner) before booking?

If you have any questions before booking, you can send the property owner/manager a message via the contact form on their listing. Once you’ve booked, you can discuss the rental and make arrangements for your trip by logging into Manage my booking.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How can I retract my booking request?

You’ll need to contact Nining (the owner) to do this. Send them a message in Manage your holiday booking or through the contact form on this page.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Nining (the owner) a message.

If Nining (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
