This modern second floor apartment is well presented, light and airy and is decorated to a high standard. It enjoys sea views of Caldey and St Catherine's Islands from the lounge, balcony and both bedrooms.

Situated in a superb location, this apartment is only a short walk from all the shops, restaurants and public houses in the town centre and only 50 yards from the steps leading down to the Paragon Beach. Undercover parking space is available and suitable for a SMALL to MEDIUM sized car. For off-site parking, Tenby has a selection of car parks.

The apartment is accessed via external steps.

This apartment sleeps up to five in 2 bedrooms and a cot is also available upon request. Bedroom 1 has a king size bed and a single bed, and has extensive modern fitted cupboards. Bedroom 2 has a double bed and modern fitted cupboards.

Open plan Lounge/Dining /kitchen with sea view and small balcony, SMART TV/Freeview, DVD player, hi fi, super fast fibre optic wi fi, electric hob, oven, extractor hood, microwave, dishwasher and fridge. Shower Room, with shower, whb, WC, heated towel rail.

Bedding provided.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Heather (the owner) a message.

If Heather (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
