A lovely place in the heart of Cantabria. Located at the foot of the Saja-Besaya Nature Reserve, curve Mary is a place of peace, greenery, good energy and art. Surrounded by mountains and minutes from the sea, curve Maria offers numerous natural, historical and cultural activities for all types of travelers from all over Spain and other parts of the world. Located on the upper level of the main house, this property can be rented as partial or whole space, adapting the number of guests. It is completely independent with its own entrance. It has a spacious living room, a kitchenette, two bathrooms, several rooms, television, WiFi, heating and laundry (shared). In addition also it has a nice terrace overlooking the garden and fruit trees. Inglés An enchanting rural house in the heart of Cantabria. Surrounded by mountains yet just a stone-throw away from the ocean, curve Maria offers plenty of nature, historical and Cultural activities for all types of Travelers. Located on the top level of the main house, the Rural Appartment can be rented as a partial or Entire space, adapting itself to the number of guests. It is totally independent, With its own entrance. It offers a large living room, a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, two bathrooms, various bedrooms, a TV, WiFi, central heating and a washing machine Shared with the rest of the house. Outside, we've designed a lovely terrace with a view to the fruit trees on the hill. During remodeling the house, we kept the beautiful traditional-style attic With oak beams descending roof, as well as other elements typical for the region of Cantabria. This space works perfectly for couples, as well as for large groups. Unfortunately, we do not accept pets in the Rural Apartment.

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

    You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Maria (the owner) a message.

    If Maria (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
