The apartment is located in a historic stone farmhouse, tied the last and final reclamation of the South Pontino, in Chiancarelle, in the countryside of Borgo Sant'Antonio, 2 km from the sea, 6 km from Terracina and 12 km from Sperlonga. The ideal place to spend a holiday in a quiet property, easily reaching, when you want, tourist and natural sites. Since Rome is about 120 km and can be reached by car, 1 hour and 45 minutes between highway and the state, or by train, 1 hour from Termini to the Monte San Biagio station. The car is still required to move, although shops, bars, restaurants and beaches are a 10-minute bike ride. The house is on the ground floor with garden, large patio covered with shed and pergola, equipped with tables and wooden garden chairs. The interior is about 50 square meters divided into living room with sofa double bed, kitchenette, bedroom with 1 queen, bathroom with lavatory and small bath. Outside, on the opposite side entrance, there is another room with a sofa bed, which opens with two separate beds, and 1 bathroom with shower and washing machine health, not inside the room, with access from the garden where it is also an outdoor shower with hot water. The kitchen is equipped with cooking corner, fridge, and with all the crockery and in the communal garden there is an area with a table and chairs in the vicinity of the oven. Behind the house, in a quiet location, it is the lake of Fondi, and 200m a farm that offers horseback riding and riding lessons. The beautiful beaches from Terracina to Sperlonga have both traits with establishments beaches, the nearest one is at the height of Borgo Sant'Antonio, just 1 km and 800 meters, .with a wide public beach and an equipped where the Lido Palm Beach offers great service. How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Flavia (the owner) a message.

If Flavia (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
