Though the Villa Sandyline on St Martin is just a short distance from the Caribbean Sea, which it overlooks from its elite Terres Basses location, visitors may find themselves loathe leaving the exquisite estate grounds. Newly completed, this impressive property boasts some of the most innovative and truly inspiring architecture and design imaginable, and is an ideal choice for a family or group looking for privacy, relaxation, and a truly Caribbean experience.

It begins with the unique cascading pool designed to present an entirely natural, beachfront setting. The entire site is oriented towards the western views - ensuring glorious sunsets each day, and the layout and innovative look of the pool provide the ideal finishing touch. With their open views to the west and to the sea, this will be the main attraction. However, the airy and expansive living spaces also provide the same stimulating and unimpeded natural views.

The seven bedrooms of the Villa Sandyline can accommodate up to 14 guests, and yet none of the spaces - even if filled with travelers - will feel crowded. There are two pools on the property, a gazebo with bar, a water slide, a Jacuzzi with an infinity edge, and plenty of shaded corners where lounge furniture provides a respite from the sun. The full gym and tennis facilities also ensure you enjoy every moment. Evenings are not dull either thanks to the cinema system and ample bedrooms.

Five of the seven bedrooms are fit with king beds, one has a queen and one two single beds. All bedrooms are en suite and several have full-sized tubs. There are upscale electronics in each of the rooms, including Internet access.

Only fifteen minutes from the airport, and yet a world away from the average hustle and bustle of a popular beach scene, this villa is an ideal estate for the discerning group in need of a world-class escape.

Note: Please keep in mind that the pools are only heated from December 16th to April 15th. The maximum temperature is 86 degrees Fahrenheit/30 degrees Celsius. Pool temperatures can be affected by rain and wind.
