Villa Maris is a modern villa in a quiet neighborhood with rich Mediterranean flowers and typical Sardinia architecture, next to the white Foxi Murdegu beach on the Eastern Coast of Sardinia.
The 100sqm villa comes up with 3 sleeping rooms, 2 of them with private balcony, 2 bathrooms and a big garden with well-equipped barbecue area and outside mosaic shower. From the 1st floor you can enjoy the sea view and listen to the waves. The airy terrace is the ideal place for a sunny breakfast with Cappuccino and fresh orange juice, or a relaxing dinner with fresh seafood after a long day on the beach. The the colorful garden is equipped with Bougainville, jasmin, an olive tree and green hedges.
Villa Maris is new and tastefully furnished in bright and modern mediterranean colors. The kitchen is well-equipped with fridge, freezer, 5-flames gas cooker, microwave and dishwasher. Satellite TV and washing machine are available. Private parking on the ground.
At 2 minutes of walk from the house a grocery and food store with local products such as bread, milk, yoghurt, coffee, ice-cream, pasta, wine and water is opened for the whole tourist season. Local specialties such as maialino are prepared as well as lasagna, French fries, hamburgers and other delicious plates, so that you can fully relax also in the evening. At 10 minutes walk a bar with mini market is open the whole year.
Marina di Tertenia also offers restaurants for an excellent dinner with fresh seafood or just a tasty pizza, as well as outside bars where you can chill with a nice glass of wine in the fresh summer breeze, looking at the fantastic blue sea of Sardinia’s Eastern coast. Sports activities like all kinds of water sports, horse riding and trekking and bike excursions are available as well as a boat rental.
The Ogliastra is plenty of further beautiful beaches such as Cea, Lido di Orri or the fantastic Golfo di Orosei with Cala Goloritzé, Cala Sisine and Cala Luna, which can be reached only by boat or by stunning trekking excursions.
The interior of this amazing region offers you unspoiled Mediterranean nature, such as the Gennargentu mountains and the amazing canyon of Su Goroppu. The spectacular caves of Su Marmuri let you discover a beautiful world deep inside the mountains, made ofunderground springs, amazing rock formations and colourful caverns, naturally built over millions of years.
