The neighborhood is called The Wilaya which is the new administrative district of the city of Tetouan. The local amenities are second to none and include nice restaurants, cafes, gardens, malls, supermarkets, etc... The exhibitions/conference palace is being built just 5 min walk down the road. Tetouan regional airport is 5 min away and Martil which is the nearest coastal town is 5-10 drive. The town (Spanish Quarters) and ancient medina (UNESCO worldwide heritage) with museums, souks, maze like streets, craftsmanship, history, food are also 5-10 min away on the opposite direction.

The flat is within a gated residential development, with 24/7 security and secure underground garage. Modern, Feng Shui design throughout and inspired by Brighton UK. It has been newly refurbished with brand new kitchen, bathroom and furniture. Suitable for families with kids, couples, business travellers. Can accommodate up to 5 guests comfortably.

Brand new kitchen, bathroom and furniture. Bedroom 1 compromises of twin beds (90x200cm), 2 bedside tables and built in wardrobe. Bedroom 2 has a bunk bed, bottom bed is double (135x190cm) and the top one is single (90x190cm), canvas wardrobe, standing mirror and under-bed storage space. Fresh bedding, duvets and hypoallergenic pillows are provided. The lounge has an L shaped white leather sofa with cushions, a glass table, plants, TV and other fixtures and fittings. The kitchen is brand new and comprises of gas hobs, electric oven, fridge freezer, washing machine, gas electric induction boiler and other equipment. There's Internet/Wifi, international TV channels incl, Sports and centralized A/C. Bedrooms and lounge windows are fitted with electric blinds. The flat comes with secure underground garage with remotely operated door and there’s a designated parking bay available at no extra cost. Parking has direct stairs access to the building lobby, lift and flat.

There are 3 bedroom though the third bedroom (smallest one) is being used as a housekeeping cupboard to store personal belongings, furniture, DIY tools, toiletries, bedding, etc... It’s locked has restricted access. The room however can be turned around and serviced in order to accommodate additional guests if required!

Should you require any assistance with your accommodation: Maintenance requests (i.e. boiler issues, leakages, Butane gas cylinders need changing, etc...) can be dealt with promptly. The flat is thoroughly cleaned and serviced with fresh bedding, towels, basic toiletries, soap, etc... at no extra charge. Other housekeeping services such as cleaning, washing, changing bedding, cooking or food shopping are at extra cost. If you require a Local Buddy to show you around or if you require to be picked up from an airport or taken to it or if you need help with call rental at a local price not tourist one! We can certainly help you with that! Local Buddies are recommend for their local knowledge knowledge especially if you’re first time visitors to the country!! It can truly make the difference as it allows for much more interaction with local customs, peeps and surroundings.

MUMS AND DADS OR THOSE TRAVELLING WITH KIDS! STRESS NOT! THERE IS A NURSERY IN THE SAME BUILDING BLOCK! Unwind and yourselves time to freely explore SOLO! knowing your kids are in a safe, engaging and child oriented environment.

If you're driving then you'll find the secure underground parking really convenient. If you're not driving, the "Yellow Taxis" can take you pretty much anywhere within Tetouan at the lowest of costs (i.e. 16 Dirhams from and to the old town). If you really want to experience a very local, cheap and quick to get around places then why not take a "Blue Taxi"! Blue Taxis can be shared between 6 passengers (2 up front and 4 at the back) and is the cheapest option. The same journey from or to the old town costing you only 3 Dirhams!!! Blue cabs follow designated routes/destinations and have set departure and arrival points (taxi ranks) whereas the Yellow ones you can hail from anywhere and can take you anywhere within Tetouan and it’s different neighbourhoods only! ( so you can’t take a yellow taxi to Martil beach for example. Important to remember!).

Blue Taxis reach outside of Tetouan and can take you to pretty much all beach towns north, west and east of tetouan, to the border with Ceuta (Spanish enclave), to Tangier, to Chefchaouen, Larache and even Alhoucima (please don't hesitate to ask for information on designated taxi ranks and departure points from your location or you can simply ask a yellow cab to take you there. Taxis can stop or be stopped from anywhere providing they are free and/or have space for you! Again Blue cabs carry 6 passengers plus driver but you have the option to pay additional spaces if you prefer to be more comfortable. Yellow taxis are limited to 3 passengers plus driver.
