Thassos is an island that enchants the heart, is the Green Island in the northeastern Aegean Sea that amazes you with its myriad landscapes. You can find deserted beaches or super-equipped, fishermen's villages or those with trendy. Thassos is suitable for young families, lovers of the sea or of the mountains with its 1200 m high Mount Ipsarion! Thassos is fun, it is nature, culture is mysticism. It is also renowned for the high quality of its restaurants.

The apartment that we offer is of recent construction in the village of Skala Maries, in the southwest part of the island;

is 50 m from Atspas Beach and the patio you can enjoy breathtaking sunsets and it is not uncommon to see the dolphins.

The apartment is equipped with all comforts: air conditioning and heating for the winter months, super equipped kitchen, large bathroom with shower and garden patio. The bed linen is provided.

The apartment is suitable for families with small children (it is equipped with Cot and high chair) the country is just a few minutes ' walk away, and here you will find everything you need (supermarkets, chemists/pharmacist, bakers, butchers, tavernas) allowing you to enjoy the atmosphere of a typical fishing village.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Donatella (the owner) a message.

If Donatella (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
