The villa's open design maximizes sea views and ocean breezes, inviting you to experience a private vacation retreat. Set on a breezy hillside overlooking picturesque Crocus Bay, this bright and airy villa provides sweeping ocean vistas from one of the highest points on Anguilla.

Villa Oceana offers one of the most unique views on the island - world famous Little Bay, Sandy Island, and Flat Cap peninsula, which shelters Crocus harbor. The villa's central location is ideally situated between the high-end resorts and restaurants of the West End and Shoal Bay East, one of the Caribbean's best white-sand beaches.

Built as two levels on almost one acre of land, the design allows for views of the ocean from almost every room, as well as the lush green valley of Anguilla and distant hills of St. Martin. The interior and exterior living spaces total over 5,000 square feet. Oceana's great room leads out to an expansive, arched, tiled patio and deck. The outdoor terrace features covered dining al fresco and a dramatic 12' x 30' curved infinity-edge pool. Unique natural travertine floors seamlessly unite the indoor and outdoor living spaces.

The main level features a spacious living area with tropical contemporary furnishings and entertainment center, fully-equipped kitchen featuring granite countertops and Viking appliances, a separate dining area, and an air-conditioned king master suite with en suite bathroom, including both a walk-in stone shower and open-air outdoor shower.

The upper level includes the second air-conditioned master king bedroom/bathroom suite, furnished with an inviting four-poster bed and both indoor and al fresco showers. The bedroom opens out to a scenic private balcony and pergola, overlooking Crocus beach. The bi-level floorplan also includes a mezzanine with queen sofa sleeper that leads out to a large veranda and lounging area perfect for relaxing and viewing spectacular sunsets.

Why can't I call Richard (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Richard (the owner) a message.

If Richard (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
