Come and enjoy wonderful accommodations on the island of Anguilla. Our wonderful property on Rendezvous Bay is a perfect getaway with friends or family. Up to three bedrooms, with wonderful living areas provide special back drops for your special days on Anguilla. Whether it's just two of you traveling for a special getaway, or a larger group - we have a wonderful villa environment for you to enjoy.

Bayberry and Chinaberry have been on the villa scene for many years, and we have a long list of guests who come back year after year to enjoy the casual elegance of the villa.

We really have tried to anticipate your every need at the villa, and wonderful views and warm trade winds just enhance your stay. Check with us for your travel dates, and we hope we can welcome you to Anguilla this year.

The main house, Bayberry has two full bedrooms with bathrooms. There is large open concept living room, with dining area and kitchen. The kitchen is very very complete.

There is a fabulous outdoor courtyard with table for dining, loungers for sunning or just enjoy the garden environment.

Chinaberry provides a third bedroom. It is a studio with full kitchen and bathroom, outdoor living room, and wonderful galleries for watching the sun go down.

If your stay is for a longer period, to absorb the quarantine, then check in with me as we would be thrilled to negotiate a better rate for you.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Gayle (the owner) a message.

If Gayle (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
