Found at the corner of Ethnikis Aminis and Svolou streets, this apartment shows one of its many advantages right from the start: location, location, location. Just 5 minutes on foot from the seaside, the White Tower, the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and the Historical Center of the city, the apartment does not even require the use of public transport to move around.

On the first floor of a neoclassical building, our spacious Authentic Retro apartment is filled with light: its 3 bedrooms, kitchen, dining room, living room and 2 bathrooms make this flat a fully ergonomic one.

Vintage books and golden baroque frames blend in effortlessly with the modern furniture, flat screen TV and brand new electrical appliances.

All 3 bedrooms have brand new beds and A/C units, while the decoration is a mix of old furniture with modern details.

The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, oven and coffee machines (filter coffee and espresso), while at the small balcony there is also a washing machine.

The main bathroom has a bathtub, and there’s also an extra WC next to it.

The apartment is quiet, as it is very close to the main streets of the city (Egnatia and Tsimiski), but not right on them. Within a few meters distance, there are 3 different bus stops where you can catch a bus to every direction. Either coming from the central bus station, train station or airport, there are buses that leave you within walking distance to the apartment.

Why can't I call the property manager before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send the property manager a message.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
